Along the Afton River/West Afton River, in areas where the water quality is good, there is general over – widening, bank erosion, and increased bed load. The restoration of spawning beds is to increase the salmon passage to spawning locations and will involve installation fo 15-20 structures, bank  stabilization by hand.
